RAINBOW OF EDUCATION
Our Rainbow of Education toolkit includes teacher training manuals, and a six month curriculum designed to holistically support all aspects of childhood development from ages seven to twelve. We also offer a 14-week version for children ages three to six that emphasizes early childhood development.
Both curricula use the colors of the rainbow to address a different theme foundational to children’s socio-emotional well-being each month. The program culminates in a week-long celebration of community building activities to inspire a more peaceful tomorrow.

OUR MODEL
Our innovative model builds on existing community strengths and contributes to professional development by training teachers from both the host and refugee communities. Teachers can integrate local culture and values, ensuring that our programs remain culturally relevant. We additionally train on the ground coordinators from local organizations, ensuring program sustainability.
The content is only as effective as those relaying it. Therefore, we invest heavily in training teachers, individuals from the refugee community, volunteers, and our local partners, to be at the forefront of our classrooms.
